Shipping policy

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving them.

United Kingdom

We charge a flat rate of £5 for UK shipping. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you will receive tracking information by email once it is made available from Royal Mail.

We expect that orders should be delivered within 5 business days of ordering - if not please contact support at info@on.games.

International

Pricing for international shipping depends on the destination country and combined weight of the item(s) ordered. Accurate pricing will be calculated and displayed at checkout and is inclusive of customs charges and fees. We usually use Royal Mail Tracked International but reserve the right to use other services or couriers at our discretion. Tracking information is made available by email once Royal Mail begins processing the shipment.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 7 business days but there may be unexpected delays with international shipments. Please contact support at info@on.games if you have not received your order within 10 business days of ordering.
